At present, the digital signature scheme has become the hotspot and focus of the research, which proxy signature scheme and blind signature scheme is the type that researched more. Combined them with sign technology and put forward many blind signature and part of proxy signature scheme. Although various solutions are got sharp increase in efficiency and security, they also have their shortcomings, for example, blind signature schemes have the blindness of blind signature and the high efficiency of signature, but they can not ensure the timeliness of signature; The proxy sign have the timeliness of the signature and the high efficiency of sign, but does not guarantee that the signature of blindness, so the security of the signature will be reduced. Of course, YuHuiFang professor as early as two years ago had found the problem, So the proxy sign scheme which combined proxy signature, blind signature, and sign was the first and currently only one that have put forward, but the scheme used bilinear pairings computation, so it is very time-consuming. To solve above problems were analyzed, and if we can combined the thought of proxy signature, blind signature, and sign very well, As YuHuiFang professor put forward a new proxy blind signature scheme, at the same time, we improve the efficiency and safety on the basis of professor yu, as is to avoid the use of bilinear pairings computation, then solution will be more suitable for the need of real life.Combining the above analysis, this paper put forward a new proxy blind sign scheme, this scheme is put forward with the combination of agent signature, blind signature, and sign, so it have the characteristics of them at the same time, this paper also conducted the analysis and verification on this scheme. And in order to improve the efficiency, this article does not use bilinear pairings computation which is very time-consuming; In order to improve the security, this article uses the random factor in the process of design.All in all, this paper put forward a proxy blind sign scheme, and verified that the new scheme satisfies all the features of proxy signature, blind signature, and sign. And the new scheme has higher security and efficiency.
