G City State Taxation Burean Network And Information Security Management Research

The tax information construction as one of the important contents of national e-government construction, after years of construction and development has achieved great success, made a significant contribution to the development of the national economy. Wide application of tax information at the same time, the importance and necessity of network and information security is further highlighted, how to ensure the security of network and information system security has become an important content of tax information work.This paper first from the IRS to intranet G city and its operation situation, network and information security system construction, and from the construction of rules and regulations, safety organization construction, daily management rules of construction, room security management, security management, information system security management, safety management, computer virus prevention management and other aspects of the G city national tax system network and information security management. We can see that the G tax through the growing network and information safety daily management and control measures have achieved greater success, preliminary implementation of fine management, security capability is greatly improved. But the problems and potential safety problems to find a comprehensive management work, finds out that there are still many problems:the staff information security awareness is still weak, security techniques need to be further improved; the existing security protection system application is insufficient; the computer virus prevention, work secret security management needs to be strengthened, information technology talent shortage.In this paper, combined with the characteristics of G city tax department itself, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions. From strengthening organization and leadership, strengthening the awareness of information security, prevent illegal operations, to create a full participation in the concept to further consolidate the network and information security management. From blocking the security loopholes, strengthen secrecy technology; strengthen the management of computer virus source; optimization of security product strategy, give full play to the role of the system of protection; to strengthen the construction of information technology staff to strengthen information security management measures, improve G’s tax intranet network and information security management level to look forward to, build information security defense wall.
