The rapid development of information technology has made information security problems to have become the focus problem gradually in computer research field, because the exchange amount of the multimedia information on Internet is maximum, and then the digital image is the main carrier of multimedia transmission, so the security of digital image becomes the mainstream research field of multimedia security technology. Based on the existing digital image encryption algorithm research and discussion, according to the characteristics of digital image with a two-dimensional matrix model, the paper studies the matrix transform image encryption.Firstly, according to the image encryption has the characteristics of randomness, the chaotic sequence has the same properties involved in the encryption algorithm, and put forward a transform processing method for chaotic sequence. The core of the method is making one-dimensional and stochastic properties of chaotic sequence to apply to the2D image matrix specific pixel position transformation, the chaotic sequence selection of the main application are the Logistic sequences and Hybrid sequences. Secondly, to transform pixel gray2D image matrix to a specific location was also investigated, the two kinds of transformation thought is taken out. One is a bit stream and pixel value of the bitwise XOR thought to make the original image pixel value change, another transformation is starting from the whole thought, to make the two-dimensional digital image bit plane segmentation and bit plane order scrambling, so as to realize the transformation of the pixel values. Thirdly, in allusion to the spatial and temporal characteristics of coupled map the lattice model, two-dimensional image is incorporated into the model in order to achieve two-dimensional matrix encryption method is more confusing and security more prominent.Researching image encryption algorithm from the perspective of matrix transforms, on the one hand due to a two-dimensional model image to understand more simply and correctly sothat improved operation rate, the encryption method is simply convenient, and computation time cost is reduced. On the other hand, due to the full using of confusion in cryptography and replace the thought, so the encrypted image with high safety, good resistance to attack, and the key to decipher the amount of work is too tremendous to decode. In addition, attacking of no intention and loss operation has a good recovery function in the normal exchange of transmission, it reduce the original image loss and can keep the main information of image.For the encryption effect based on matrix converter, the paper has made large experiments of simulation from its own encrypted effect to the recovery after attack, from the analysis of experimental results, the image encryption algorithm can become completely original information hiding, and when the image restored velocity is soon by the common attack, the main information of the original image carrier in the restoration is still discriminating, it is observed that the algorithm has strong security and anti-attack capability. In-depth study of image encryption algorithm based on matrix transformation has expanded the research results of modern information security technology, improved the security of multimedia information transmission.
