With the popularization of computer and the Internet, traditional testing form has been gradually replaced by network one with the help of computers, which plays an important part in the process of digitization conducted in all kinds of schools by means of modern techniques. In this system, teachers can edit test questions, students sit an exam on the Internet, and the students’papers will be automatically marked. It is fairer and safer than the traditional testing system to arrange the test, and makes the teacher relaxed rather than do something fussy.This paper describes the R&D process of this system detailedly, which includes requirements analysis, the design of its functional modules and database. This paper focuses on the implementation process of the function and design process in detail.This system is made up of the following modules:Test planning, examinee management, examination management, grade management, audit management, system management function module. These modules to achieve the following:1.Digital question bank management. Users can use database technology to add, maintain, classify and edit test papers.2. Automatically-composed test papers. Users can compose test papers according to composition rules, thus the efficiency is raised, Security guaranteed and impartiality embodied.3. Security. Users shall get authenticated before they edit, Paper form, modification, and query test results.4.The validity of testing data. Stored in the database, the test questions can be marked effectively and the results can be queried easily, thus the results are more valid and the testing process is more normative.5.The convenience of testing process. The teachers don’t have to print test papers and mark them by themselves, thus convenient tests are available.
