| Nowadays, the wireless network has become an integral part of people’s daily life, work and leisure. There is an important branch:MANET. MANET has become important part of the wireless networks. After all, MANET just is a temporary network, which can share limited resources. So many scholars consider it can connect with the next generation internet which has IPv6as the core. When MANET and the IPv6is connect, MANET will can obtain massive resources from the IPv6. Therefore, the interconnection of MANET and the IPv6become the most important research over the past decade.After learning some interconnection method, I proposed a algorithm that can connect MANET and IPv6with Anycast communication technology. The main idea of the algorithm is to simplify interconnection of the two networks. Its meaning is simplified the process of interconnection to one mobile node accessing an IPv6access gateway. While the algorithm is simplified, we only need to consider the mobile node how to obtain the IPv6address, and did not need to consider the status of the other mobile node in the MANET. After proposing the algorithm, we also distinguished and analysised the status of different mobile nodes. Finally, we introducted the software architecture and the general process of network simulation tool NS2. We also verified the effectiveness of the algorithm. And then we compared the result of simulation and the original network protocol OLSR.Through the analysis of algorithm and simulation with NS2, we can obviously know the advantage of this algorithm is that the process does not require mobile node to duplicate detect the IPv6address. Because the IPv6address is unique and effective by the algorithm. While obtaining the IPv6address, it does not affect the interconnection of the other mobile node and IPv6access gateway. Furthermore, when the mobile node is roaming in the different MANET, it does not need to repeat address registration, and does not need to use the tunnel technique. |
