Telecom operators’ OSS (Operational Support System) is the telecom business support system, and is an automatic, efficient business introduction, business repair until business opened of supporting system. Through the OSS can provide multiple and stable and reliable service to customers. OSS is a comprehensive business operations and management platform, but also the real integration of the integrated management platform for traditional IP data service and mobile value-added service.With the rapid development of Internet, broadband customers increasing, the telecom business OSS system facing mass data access, bearing the processing power and storage requirements of the system, is also facing enormous challenges. Independent resource utilization mode of traditional can not adapt to the development needs, such as, such as low resource utilization rate, high construction cost and energy consumption, heavy pressure in energy-saving and emission-reduction, complicate maintenance, high price in upgrading and capacity expansion, great difficulty in business innovation.In the field of internet,"cloud" is used as a metaphor; it refers to a newly-developed method through which fundamental construction is shared. Through cloud computing, we can connect huge system pools with resources to provide IT service; it is a resource utilization mode that integrates storage, computing and service.How to calculate the telecom industry informatization construction using the cloud, has gradually become a hot research.This study introduces advanced cloud computing and virtual technology, proposed use of cloud resources service application framework and implementation method, designed and has realized one classical Telecom OSS--interactive broadband customer information push and self-service system based on cloud environment.Secondly, according to the performance bottleneck of high-speed information interaction system, focuses on the analysis of fast response, solve the mass information interactive request cloud high-speed data access, the main research results include:(1) In the OSS information interaction with concurrent requests, and concurrent transmission, and concurrent processing characteristics, study proposes a low cost multichannel adaptive load balancing strategy, effectively improve the response speed, and reduce the cost of construction.(2) For cloud storage architecture data access speed slow, data characteristics analysis of OSS, on which the PHCC control algorithm, the optimized background data access speed.Finally, based on the cloud environment interactive broadband customer information push and design scheme of self-help service system, and this paper relates to the business system and the research results are tested, the test results are analyzed and compared, to verify its performance and application value.
