Based On GPRS Network Portable ECG Monitoring System

Telemedicine is a kind of service system that uses communication technology to provide cure, health care and consultation for remote patient. Home Health Care (HHC) and Telemonitoring are important but relatively weak research field of the telemedicine. Because cardiopathy and hypertension have characteristics of abruptness and dangerousness, generally, telemonitoring of ECG is thought as important application of HHC. This paper the development of remote ECG monitoring terminal based on GPRS module is a set of real-time monitoring, the local display, real-time information transfer new mobile monitoring terminals.The paper Proposed an intelligent ECG monitoring system, including the host server and set at least one of the patients at the terminal equipment, terminal equipment connected through a wireless network and connected to the internet network and host server communication. Terminal equipment, including sampling circuit, filter circuit, molddigital converter circuit, a microprocessor, a memory, man-machine interface and the communication interface, the sampling and filtering circuit connection; filtering circuit with the analog-to-digital conversion circuit is connected; host server includes access to a computer, database, the background backup and viewing terminal, the accessmutual communication between the computer and the database to communicate with each other; database and background backup. Intelligent ECG monitoring system proposed for real-time monitoring of the patients capture information found abnormal, available to patients in order to achieve the purpose of early detection and early treatment. Meanwhile, as long as the operation using both hands, not subject to environmental restrictions.Handheld client devices of the system is compact, easy to wear and with high reliability transmission. And it is the smallest and the thinnest equipment in the similar products on the market.
