| With the growing employ of combustible gas alarm over many industries such asfossil oil business,chemical engineering industry and natural gas industry, thecombustible becomes more and more important in the production processes, it plays akey role in the aspect of security of these industries. How to guarantee the combustiblegas alarm works at its normal state is most important for the security of the enterprise,thus it must be periodically verified.This paper studies and refines the combustible gas alarm from multiple aspectsbased on the project of improvement of the combustible gas alarm verificationequipment.it can dramatically improve the efficiency of verification and save the costby introducing the data acquisition systems, PLC and IPC(Industrial Personal Computer)based on the original device to achieve the intelligent alarm verification.The mainpurpose of designing the verification device is to solve the discommodious operationalproblem and refine the old devices and at the same time this verification device adds thefunction of automatic detection and data acquisition of electrical parameters,verification of original records and the automatically print of verificationcertification.The device can meet all requirements of portable and fixed combustible gasalarm verification and simultaneously improve verification efficiency and save the costand provide the powerful technique support for the future verification work.
