Development And Application Of Nengshitong Real-Time Interactive Multimedia Office System

With the rapid development of the Internet and information, more and moreattention has been paid on the multimedia office system based on Internet technology.There are some disadvantages of office automation system in the market such as theinaccurate of functional definition and poor security, etc. Compared to the previoussystem, multimedia collaborative office system takes full advantage of the Internettechnology. People of different time and space could be linked to work with each othercoordinately with the use of multimedia video conferencing and the real-timetransmission of the multimedia information. Shortcomings of existing system aresummarized in the paper and an operating-easily, security multimedia collaborativesystem named “Nengshitong” with the core function of video meeting is designed.The main research contents in the paper are as follows:(1) The enterprise users’ requirements are collected to locate the main requirements ofthe users accurately.(2) System model and the architecture of software based on the model of the C/Sstructure with high availability and scalability are analyzed.(3)The signaling and communication module of multimedia video conferencing aredesigned and SIP technology is used to achieve the management and service.(4)The video information is transmuted fast and accurately with the use of video codingand transmission technology.
