The physiological signal is the most important reference date in medicine diagnosis.Collecting those signals is also the theme of medical electronic. With the developmentand progress of eletronic field, the physiological collection required further more. Thedifference type of physiological signal make the analysis of disease more comprehesive.And real-time physiological signal could tracking the development of disease. For thesetwo reason, the multi real-time physiological signal collection become one of theimportant direction of morden medical electronics research.For the above demand, a multiple physiological signal collection device is designedin this article. Comparing with the traditional hospital monitoring device, this designhave the feature of compact, light, low power consumption, low cost and easy to use.Comparing with home physiological signal collection system, it has variety of signalcollection channel, high accuracy, real time collection and comfortable to wear. Todesign this device, the main work is as follows:First of all, Discussion and analysis the existing fabric material. Choose the rightfabric material and design the new fabric eletrodes, which is feel like the ordinary fabricand comfortable to use.The second, Analysis of the body electrical impedance changing while respiration.Build the electrical impedance model. Discuss potential problem and propose improvedmethods. Design respiration sensing circuit; Analysis the characteristics of ECG. DesignECG amplifier circuit, filter circuit and trap circuit. Summary shielding measures;Analysis the characteristics of SPO2. Design the LED driver for signal collection.And then designed the digital signal collection and processing circuit, powerregulator circuit, battery charging circuit, analog to digital conversion circuit. Select theMCU to the device. Design the data processing method, communication frame, and theflow of communication.Finally test and verify the performance by frequency characteristic. Test the qualityof respiratory signal ECG signal and SPO2signal. Final validation of the whole device reliability.The multiple physiological signal collection device designed in this articleconsidering of wearing comfortable, using novel material fabric electrode. All of thosesuitable for long time continuous physiological signal collection, provide and explore anew idea of monitoring equipment.
