More and more equipments are integrated in a modern electronic system. Hugeamounts of electromagnetic emittion given off by these working equipments cause thefurther complexity of intra-system electromagnetic environment and serious muturalinterference, which easily leads to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) fault.This paper makes a research on the interference sources identification inintra-system EMC fault diagnosis. Firstly, the scheme of interference sourcesidentification, based on the theories of templates matching, is designed. And then,considering the actual situation of a system, the regularities to be followed and themethods of acquiring the data of the scheme are proposed. Afterwards, The paperexplores the necessity for typical feature extraction from test data of the emittioncharacteristics of a equipment, and provides the methods for feature extraction based onsiganl peak model and envelope model, of which the similarity evaluation indices andidentification algorithm are also studied.Eventually, actual tests according to the method presented in the paper areperformed, which prove the method feasible. |
