With the development of computer and communication technology, moderninformation technology revolution has provided a broad prospects development for powerelectronic technology, at the same time, put forward higher request to the power supply.Digital control is undoubtedly one of the goals for people to pursuit, the convenience itbrings to people can’t be negative, the program-controlled dc regulated power supply is agood example. As widely used in electronic devices, programmable power supply normalpower supply output voltage is not stable, great error, seriously affect the accuracy of thewhole system. Power supply in use will cause many adverse consequences, countries aroundthe world have put forward a series of power products precision standards. Only powersupply products which satisfy the standard can be put on the market. With the developmentof economic globalization, only power supply products which meet the internationalstandard can be unimpeded in the market. But the early program-controlled power supplyresolution is not high and low power density and low reliability of defects. So the maindevelopment direction, is improving unceasingly for the above short comings.This article describes a way to generate two independent0-10V programmableprecision power system design, its small cost, high accuracy, good stability, and has a perfectover-current protection design. In load test, short circuit test, and variable load, the outputcan be stable.The system uses ST32bit processor STM32F103VET6as the controller, using PC toreceive voltage output command, through continuous output sample multiple sets of data,has the use of the least squares curve fitting and adjustment dichotomy, in order to achievestability the purpose of the output. Hardware, including the processor minimum systempower supply circuit, a reference voltage source modules, operational amplifier andfeedback module, over current protection module, load control module. The software part ofthe PC interface, lower computer software design and system software commands. Theover-current protection software protection and hardware to protect the design of double insurance, to ensure that the power supply and electrical safety. In addition, the system alsohas a real-time monitoring of the current, and to set the function of the current threshold.
