Integration Of The Model Clouds Knowledge Based On Information Fusion

On the basis of extant literature information fusion the algorithm DSmT (Dezer-the Smarandache Theory), we build the enterprise knowledge integration and innovation models, combined with the clouds of knowledge integration model theory to analyze the process of integration between the internal knowledge and external knowledge.To test these hypotheses, we designed a questionnaire,and conducted a field survey of the employees from about enterprises’information systems department in High-tech Zone in Xi’an and Beijing Zhong guancun IT enterprises’. Finally, we collected105samples. We use SPSS15.0to construct descriptive statistical analysis, Cronbch’s a reliability analysis, construct validity analysis and Person correctional analysis. Then we applied a tool of structural equation modeling analysis Amos17.0to confirm the theoretical model and the hypotheses.Result:Tacit Knowledge of the internal knowledge innovation has a positive effect. Integration outside the enterprise’s technical knowledge has a positive effect on knowledge and innovation. The internal and external knowledge integration has a positive effect on knowledge and innovation.Therefore, it is feasible to discuss knowledge integration theory on the background of information fusion theory, through the internal and external knowledge fusion, enterprises can get useful and comprehensive information, and create new knowledge, thus bring the profits to enterprises.The shortage of this article:First, only a questionnaire survey of IT companies in Beijing and Xi’an resources permit, in the future we will expand the scope of the investigation, and extend this problem to other industries. Second, the hypothesis factors we put forward are relatively small, with a certain lack of comprehensive research, and also some limitations to the theoretical model proposed in this study. In future research, we will proceed knowledge integration from different levels, considering the more variable factors, supplement and improve existing models and conclusions, and further the development of innovative services for businesses.
