Research background:①Currently, the anatomy database of normal bones and joins has not been established in our country, the orthopedic fixations of the upper limb madden by domestic enterprise are the copy of westerners, and the geometry is not suitable for Chinese anatomical and physiological feature of bones and joins, so the establishment of Chinese database of the normal upper limb bones and joins is imperative.②Nowadays, Three-dimensional CT reconstruction has become mature technology, it is widely used in clinical medicine. Three-dimensional CT reconstruction has more advantage than the traditional methods. It can be observed at any angle and direction in the images, and be easy to reduce errors. So, three-dimensional reconstruction technique is used in this study.Objective:The anatomy parameters of Chinese normal upper limb bones and joins are measured on three-dimensional CT images, and each parameter’s mean and standard deviation is calculated. Then we compare the Chinese anatomy parameters with westerner’s,to find if there is significant deviation between them.Methods:First:During the period from March2012to March2013,168volunteer’s humerus、radius and ulna were reconstructed with the Three-dimensional CT reconstruction. Second:24anatomic parameters such as lateral epicondyle angle of humerus、medial epicondyle angle of flexion angle of humerus、neck angle of radius、collodiaphysical angel of radius are measured on the three-dimensional CT images. Third: mean and deviation are measured of the24anatomical parameters, Z-text was used to compare them with westerner’s.Results:The SPSS15.0was selected for measuring anatomical parameters, mean and standard deviation are measured. Taken the measured value flexion angle of humerus、collodiaphysical angel of radius of which are compared with westerner’s by Z-text for example, there is significant deviation between them.Conclusion:1.The measurement on the three-dimensional CT image has more advantage than the traditional measurement methods, they can be cut up, perspected and rotated to be convenient for measurement and reducing error. And, it provides a new technology and method for anatomical measurement of bones.2. The import orthopedic fixations and copy ones are not suitable for Chinese anatomical and physiological features, so it is important to establish anatomical database of Chinese upper limb bones and joins.
