1The synthesis and characterization of the new ionic liquids C12mimPTSAIonic liquids have lots of characteristics such as strongly viscosity, electrical conductivity, better stability, and widely electrochemical window. It is a kind of green solvents.In this paper,we use the designability of Ionic liquids, N-methyl, bromination lauryl, p-methyl-benzenesulfonic acid as the starting material, two-step synthesis of a new type of ionic liquid C12mimPTSA. At80℃and reaction time for12h, the same molarity of N-methyl imidazole and bromination lauryl product the C12mimBr through the nucleophilic substitution, then at the room temperature, methyl p-methyl-benzenesulfonic acid to get the final products C12mimPTSA. IR, NMR spectra of the products were characterized to determine the structure of the product.2Study on direct electron transfer and biocatalytic properties of hemoglobin in C12mimPTSA and CHT filmWe Immobilized hemoglobin in the room temperature ionic liquids films for studying on its direct electron transfer. The direct electron transfer between hemoglobin and the GCE can be readily achieved. Cyclic voltammetry of CHT/C12mimPTSA/Hb films showed a pair of stable and quasi-reversible peaks for Hb Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ) redox couple.It also has catalytic ability of H2O2and in a linear range of2×10-6~-3×10-5M.3Amperometric detection of glucose with Glucose Oxidase immobilized in the Room temperature ionic liquids filmsBased on the immobilization of glucose oxidase into room temperature ionic liquids, a new biosensor is presented. The influence factors such as the ratio of fixed materials and enzymes, the thickness of the biological film,we also explored the experimental parameters such as the applied potential, pH and temperature for the best analytical performance of the electrode. In the pH=6.5PBS solution and on the applied potential0.6V,the bio-electrode has a good and fast of the electrochemical response for glucose,it provided a high sensitivity of34.81mAM-1cm-2and a linear response to glucose of a concentration range of2×10-6~5×10-3M.The Michaelis constant of the enzyme was4.12mM and the activation energy for the enzymatic reaction was30.25kJ mol-1. Meanwhile,we also study on direct electron transfer of GOD in C12mimPTSA film. The cyclic voltammetry of CHT/C12mimPTSA/GOD films showed a pair of stable and quasi-reversible peaks for GOD FADH2/FAD redox couple. Thus we realized the direct electrochemical behavior for glucose oxidase.4The Room temperature ionic liquids films for building the biosensor of the phenolic compoundsBecause of the good electrical conductivity and biological compatibility for ionic liquids, in this paper,an biocomposite based on room temperature ionic liquids and chitosan, used to immobilize polyphenol oxidase for the construction of a biosensor for phenolic compounds. We study on the impedance of the films, the bio-films had a better electroconductibility.We also study on the influence factors such as the ratio of fixed materials and enzymes,the thickness of the biological film,and explored the experimental parameters such as the applied potential, pH and temperature for the best analytical performance of the electrode. The biosensor provided a well sensitivity of584.6mA M-1cm-2and a linear response over a concentration range of9.98×10-8M to2×10-5M with in the PBS solution of pH=6on the applied potential-0.2V. This bio-electrode has a well Stability and reproducibility.
