In recently years,with the rapidly development of computer hardware and software technology,which have an effective support to the research on computer graphics theory. Computer vision processing technology has gradually become a research focus of many scholars at home and abroad, which fundamentally promote the image digital processing technology advances, and make research results better application to people’s real life. In this paper,we mainly aims at how to solve the problem keeping the size of image to enlarge thelocal content,whenwatching the image viewed on a mobilephone,PDA and other small mobile terminals. The distinction algorithms for image local area which based on the Content image sensing, allowing users to complete the processing of the images to a different degree of concern, and to achieve the desired results.Interactive content amplification method can let users make different attentions to the content of photograph, and meanwhile maintain the integrity of the image. When user selected the region, in the image operating process, it can maintain the regional content consistency, and make the content of the region have obvious amplifying effection.With the help of seam carving technique we can modify the content of image, remove some seams which have less correlation with the surrounding area. In the premise of keeping image originally size constant, this technique can enlarge the content of the image. Through certain correlation calculation function we can get the energy of each pixel in the image. Then use weights function to change the energy of each pixel in the selected area, making sure that the environment of the area could be better retained, accordingly, let the regional content reach more reasonable amplification effect.Target-detective content amplification method can make different attentions to the content of photograph, and meanwhile maintain the integrity of the image. When detected the target region, in the image operating process,it can maintain the regional content consistency, and make the content of the region have obvious amplifying effection. With the help of seam carving technique we can modify the content of image, through certain correlation calculation function we can get the energy of each pixel in the image,use the detection algorithm which based on the Histograms of Oriented Gradients(HOG) to extraction image characteristics information in multi-scale space,through put the HOG descriptor into linear support vector machine (SVM) which as a classifier for recognition,then use the non-maximum suppression algorithm to fuse these bounding boxes to get the best bounding box of the target object, then use weights function (M) to change the energy of each pixel in the area of bounding box, remove some seams which have less correlation with the surrounding area, let the regional content reach more reasonable amplification effect.
