As a result, The way of examination, from paper-pen examination to computer assistance examination, to the online examination on Web, has become reality.On the base of the campus network environment, this paper presents the design project of the computer foundation online examination based on.NET. This project is based on.NET Frame. It’s on the base of the script environment of the ASP.NET network, and by the use of advanced programming language C#. Finally gives a solution of three layer B/S system network structure, based on the background of SQL Server2000database management system support.The problem of automatic marking about subjective topics has studied particularly. Through the influence of concept net depth and density factors to similarity calculations, an improved multi-factor semantic similarity calculation is proposed. The problem of automatic marking about subjective topics is resolved by using this way. According to the system function needs, a system database is built up, the online examination system is designed from three statures systems of manager, teacher and student. The functions of online user management, test question input, online examination, automatic paper setup, automatic marking, result search are carried out. The purposes of paperless examination become true, which has certain function.
