As an intelligent communication technology, cognitive radio has environmentalawareness, behavior awareness and sense features. And cognitive radio allowsmulti-dimensional spectrum reuse and resource sharing in the time domain, frequencydomain and airspace; Cognitive radio network which use resources dynamically canenlarge spectrum efficiency. However cognitive users indiscriminately treat and trust theprimary user, the result is that cognitive radio networks face serious security threats. Infact, the cognitive radio networks not only have traditional radio network security risks,but also have spectrum sensing, spectrum management, resource allocation and othernew security problems, ensure the safety of cognitive radio networks has become one ofthe focuses point in the industry. The key problem to improve cognitive radio networksecurity is to establish a reliable key generation mechanism, this paper analysiscognitive radio network security flaws deeply, and explore novel key generationmechanism, then determine a reliable secure communications strategy.①Cognitive radio network security flaw analysis: analysis imitate the main userattacks, intentional interference to the primary user attacks, attack spectral managers,selfishness, denial of service attacks, eavesdropping and tampering attacks, commoncontrol channel saturation attack, communication channel saturation attack, objectivefunction attack and other attacks’ principals, characteristics and dangers, and alsoanalysis routing threats, learn threats, cross-layer threats, key eavesdropping threats andother security risks.②Research symmetric channel key generation mechanism and securecommunications strategy based on the characteristics of channel: for cognitive radionetworks security risks, this paper analysis the transmission characteristics of thesymmetric channel, design a point-to-point and multi-hop key generation mechanismbased on the received signal phase; use communication key as a random seed in thespectrum pool to select a communication channel; update the communication channeland the control channel timely, and also propose a secure channel selection and updatealgorithm; use AES encryption algorithm to encrypt data and decryption. The simulationproves that the key generation mechanism, channel selection algorithms and dataencryption transmission have great performance.③Research asymmetric channel key generation mechanism and safety communication strategy based on the cooperative communication: under cooperativecommunication network application background, this paper builds collaborativecommunications security system model; design a asymmetric channel point-to-point keygeneration mechanism to encrypt data and decryption, and also perform thecommunication channel selection. The simulation results show that the key generationmechanism brings the high randomness and high matching rate of communication key,and also the selected communication channel built chain success rate is also high, whichcan effectively resist the control channel and communication channel eavesdropping,tampering, saturation attack.
