Multiphase flow can be seen everywhere. Thus the measurement of multiphaseflow is of important significance in the industrial processes. Computed tomography(namely CT) has two main advantages, one is solid mathematical theory, the other isoperable and understandable computing technology. It has been widely applied to thefield of measurement of multiphase flow. The main content of this article is clusteringimaging based on the computed tomography technology of multiphase flow. Thispaper first put forward and studied the hard field clustering imaging algorithm underinadequate information. The main contents include three aspects as follows:(1)The Basic Principle Of Hard Field Clustering Reconstruction AlgorithmThe most commonly used hard field reconstruction algorithm is linear backprojection reconstruction algorithm, etc.; however they all have a same problem ofinadequate use of information without high spatial resolution. This paper provided thebasic principle of hard field imaging aimed at improving the present situation.(2)Research On The Spatial ResolutionThe spatial resolution determines the quality of the reconstructed image. The firstfactor is the number of pixels. As the measured field can be divided into differentnumber of pixels, the imaging results will be different. The next factor is the weightof attenuation values. The length of the path will be different. So the weight ofattenuation values will also be different which will influence the imaging results.After discussing the two factors, the image was reconstructed, and the analysis of theimaging results was given.(3)Experimental Research and Analysis Of The New AlgorithmThe built simulation system in GEANT4and experiments were discussed. Theimage reconstruction results under different conditions were given from three aspects:radiation source, data dimension and algorithm.Research has shown that the hard field clustering algorithm has provided a newresearch direction. There will be potential application in hard field.
