Accompanied by the development of aerospace and aviation industry,the demandon accuracy of inertial navigation equipment is getting higher and higher. Turntable ismainly used in the testing and calibration of inertial devices and inertial navigationsystem and it has important applications in the field of aviation and aerospace. The keyindicator of evaluating turntable’s overall performance is rate stability. However, ratestability of turntable is often influenced by friction torque, cogging torque and otherfactors. Therefore analysis and research on these factors has important theoreticalsignificance and value of projects. This paper focuses on the influencing factors of ratestability. The main content includes:Have a research on the friction compensation scheme of turntable system. Firstly,taking a certain type triaxial turntable as an example, this study adopts LuGre model todescribe the friction torque and identify the parameters of the LuGre model, thentheoretically analyzes the impact of the friction torque on the turntable rate stability andverifies the theoretical analysis by experiments. Finally, the research utilizes the slidingmode control method to compensate the friction torque, improves the steady-stateperformance of the control system accordingly.Have a research on cogging torque suppression scheme of turntable system. Firstof all, it theoretically analyzes the influence of the cogging torque on the turntable ratesteady and verifies the theoretical analysis by experiments. Afterwards it uses amodified repetitive control method to suppress the cogging torque and discusses theperformance of repetitive controller. The results show that the repetitive control methodcan solve the cogging torque disturbance.In regard to modeling errors of the actual turntable system and the disturbancecoupling problems, this paper applies adaptive fuzzy system methods modeling on theturntable and the disturbance and designs a control scheme based on sliding modecontrol and repetitive control. This study ultimately analysis and simulations thissteady-state performance of the program and boundedness of the state and output. Theresults show that this control scheme is feasible.
