The Design And Implementation Of CAPES Management System Based On The NGBOSS System

I studied the important issue in the use of China mobile operator management indexsystem, established a set of index system of China Mobile CAPES managementsystem platform.Mobile currently used index management system,because the indexis not perfect,not very good to reflect enterprise departments, between departments,and enterprises and departments, can not be found as soon as possible to solve. Basedon the above questions, moving the company after years of effort, establish andimprove a set of CAPES index system(from the5mobile operation support systemsof the target phrase, customer and marketing support,management assistance andfinance assurance, business process operation support，people operation management，system/dada’s full life cycle).I want to work in the CAPES index again based on theabstraction refinement, in the NGBOSS(Next Generation Business&OperationSupport System,anew generation of business operation support system,referred to asNGBOSS)based on the system,using NGBOSS system and other external systeminterface,design and implementation of a management system for the realization ofdata extraction,index,calculation,display and analysis results.The system can predict the trend of business.Through the multidimensional view,ina more intuitive way(business view)display systems tatus;comprehensive indexsystem should reflect the internal work and completed the work of the variousresources of performance and potential problems.Standing in the cooperative sect orangle accuracy,other departments of business support services expected focus andquality,improve the relations between the departments of synergy managementtool.Through the evaluation and found the problem,high-level attention,all resourcesto solve coordination.
