Since Refregier and Javidi proposed the double random phase encoding techniquein1995, optical image encryption has become a hot topic of information securityresearch. In addition, DRPE technique was commonly used for information hiding anddigital watermarking area, to implement the secret information hiding and digitalproducts copyright protection.Previous studies have shown that the traditional double random phase encodingsystem is very hard to resistthe chosen-plaintext attack, chosen-cyphertext attack andknown-plaintext attack. Therefore, the information hiding technology and watermarktechnology by the double random phase encoding system may be insecure. In view ofthis, we binding the Cascade Iterative Fourier Transform, research the image hidingtechnology, specific includes CIFT technology based digital watermarking algorithmand image hiding algorithm, and its related applications is presented. The main work ofthis thesis are:①Discuess the research background, significance and status quo at home andabroad.②Analysis on some of the methods of optical information hiding, mainlyintroduced the optical information hiding technique and cascaded iterative Fouriertransform algorithm that based on double random phase encoding technology, and thengive a brief introduction of the digital watermark technology.③Propose a digital watermarking technology based on cascaded iterative Fouriertransform, In the algorithm, the watermark image is first decomposed into two randomphase masks through CIFT algorithm, then swap the position of two phase masks, do arestore operation that is generated watermark information, the algorithm can wellagainst chosen plaintext attack and known plaintext attack.④Propose an image hiding algorithm based on cascaded iterative Fouriertransform, In the algorithm, the watermark image is first decomposed into two randomphase masks through CIFT algorithm, then one of the phase masks is encrypted by theRSA, after encrypted, two phase masks are hidden into the host image, compare withthe traditional information hiding algorithm, this algorithm can improve the security ofconfidential information, and facilitate the exchange of key;⑤By using software develop method designed and developed a image encryption software based on cascaded iterative Fourier transform, and gives the softwareimplementation interface.⑥Gives the summary of the thesis and the outlook for future workThe results of this study improved information hiding technology based on doublerandom phase encoding technology and cascaded iterative Fourier transform technology,and played a catalytic role for the similar technology.
