Design And Implementation Of System Of Call List’s Analysis Of He Fei Iflytek

With the increasing development of communication in modern life, mobile phonehas become an essential tool for people’s lives. Making calls, receiving calls, sendmessages or communicating through the base station will leave a record which can’t bemodified and deleted. The majority of criminals may have used mobile phones duringthe crime. So the police in the investigation department can analyze the criminalsuspects’ exchanges, lifestyle, activity area and possibility of involved crime throughthe communication records. Call list’s analysis is an important tool for providinginformation and clue by data mining. It will become a necessary means of investigatingcases for national public security. On the other side, call list’s analysis can use all kindsof information resources in intelligence platform, as well as various analytical tools inthe analysis.Starting from the analysis in this paper, call list’s analysis system concentratedimport, analyze, contrast call list is designed and implemented. The system uses thepopular hierarchical design in J2EE, including data access layer, business layer andpresentation layer. Here spring framework as a support framework, hibernate as dataaccess middleware, and spring mvc in presentation layer.This Call list’s Analysis system achieves the following tasks:(1) This system achieves sharing information and expands the scope of call list’sanalysis. It avoid various disadvantages in traditional standalone version, such as thedata can’t be shared, model is monotonous，as well as it can’t analyze the informationcombine other models.(2) Combine with the Police Geographic information system, and mergered cases,trajectory analysis, access analysis in the intelligence platform. The Call list’s Analysissystem brings different values for the public security organs, and here police enhancecombat effectiveness in information technology.(3) Based on the voiceprint recognition of intelligent voice analysis platform hasbeen launched in the voice business line. The mobile phone call object can be found bythe voiceprint comparison. Call list data analysis functions and intelligent voice analysisplatform are integrated; forming a product has company characteristics.(4) The system integrates call data analysis function and mastery of informationwithin and outside the public security number associated, then full application. Record the contact of the people by the system, and establish communication tools trajectoryspecial library. It is able to grasp more activities for track number for the public securityorgans at all levels to provide clues investigating this case.Currently, the system is online in public security of many Provinces, running well.The system is able to master the track of suspects’ activities and provides strong clues tosolve cases through call location’s analysis, activity station’s analysis and theircomparative analysis.
