Human3D measurement is widely used, the application of its correspondingtechniques such as scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction in three-dimensionalanimation, produce games, simulation of surgery, costume design, health management,and many other fields is very extensive. At present, the technique of Human3Dmeasurement has been greatly developed overseas, and their products are much moremature than those domestic, however, the most important problem is that their price istoo high. Although the development of Human3D measurement technique in domesticis fall behind overseas, our advantage of cost and price will make a difference if once wehad make up the gap of the technique. For this reason, the research of high-precisionHuman3D measurement system is much more significant.After a thoroughly introduction of Human3D measurement system based on laserscanning, we discussed the calibration method of multiple camera and laser planerespectively; the algorithm of laser stripe center position and improved the speed andaccuracy of the algorithm; the jitter influence on high precision point cloud data ofmachine trembles in the process of equipment scanning, and analyzed the jitter accuracyquantitatively and qualitatively, furthermore, we had a deep analysis of the errors fromcamera calibration, laser plane calibrating, human respiratory swing, human selfocclusion, light strips exaction, point cloud data treatment, and other processes, came upwith correspondent methods to develop accuracy. As a result, we got a high-precisionHuman3D measure system with the combination of software and hardware and thecontinuous debugging of each part of software and hardware.The advantage of the Human3D measurement project designed in this study is thatthe scanning process can not only overcome the influence of machine trembles andhuman body jitter but also get a faster and comprehensive scanning without too manyblind angles. We adopted visual C++to write the software system. The simulationexperiment at last demonstrated that the human3D measurement system andcorresponding reconstruction methods obtained rather good effects.
