Design And Implementation Of SCPS-TP Protcol Software System For Wireless Links

With the development of communicaion thechnology, there is a lot ofcommunication means today. Although wireless networking’s flexibility have a greatadvantag, but this make the expense of the effic iency of network transmission.So toimprove the efficency of wireless communication has become more and moreimportant.According to the above reasons, this paper first studied the characteistics of thewireless communication, and find the reason why wireless communication has lowefficency.Then the paper analysis various technologies to solve such problems.In theend, our system uses a common way called PEP way to achieve our needs.The mainfeatures of the PEP software is that it can not need to change the communicationend system and network comunications equipments, so this maintain theindependence of the existing communication links.PEP software need two main features as wireless communication protocol and atransport layer proxy, wireless communication protocols is a transpaort layerprotocal that has been improved to make itsuitable for wireless communicationenvironment in order to reach faster data transmission;the use of transport layeragent is used to guarantee the independence of the original communication endsystem, the end system do not need to make any change.For wireless communication protocols,after some research, we chose theSCPS-TP protocol.This protocol has become the U.S military standards and thestandards of the interational organization for standardization.A series of standardTCP protcol in wireless communication has been improved,while maintaininginteroperability with the IP protocol.The paper will give the argreerment a specificimprovement,about its theoretical basis,and give its detailed design andimpleentation. Agent for the transport layer,due to our client syste ms using the TCPprotocol, so the transpot layer proxy is needed.SCPS-TP is the core of the system, through to combination of TCP proxy, it canenhance the efficiency of wirelss transmission and maintaining the independence ofthe client system.The system has been deployde to porduce good results,andprovides a large number of experimental data so that it porvides the basis for furtherresearch in the future.
