With the development of network and multimedia technology, the BSS/OSS of Chinese Telecom Corporate has shifted from traditional CS-mode to current BS-mode to meet the diversifying customer needs. It is now imperative to design the platform of more stable, more fault-tolerance, where the benefits of BS-mode shift can be easily found out. However, the burst of telecom product interrelationships requires the burst needs of server computing resources, and the significance of service oriented load balance becomes more and more apparent.To increase the throughput of WEB data transporting and balance the server computing requests, this essay has given a solution of how to do the load balance utilizing the layer-3switches where EAPS (Ethernet Automatic Protection Switching) is implemented, layer-4switches where IP-forwarding/Virtue-IP/BIG-IP is used to camouflage the user HTTP requests and Weblogic software where the proxy-cluster structure is used to do the layer-7service-oriented load balance.Pressure test of over500simulated users has been made, and test result shows that such load balance method can meet the requirements of large commercial website or telecom BOSS system.
