Objective:Juvenile plantar pressure characteristics is the current research focus, but by studying the telemetry plantar pressure test teenagers is less, especially the studyof underweight adolescents is more less. In this study, the insole plantar pressurereceptors, wireless telemetry of different weight adolescents in natural walking, jogging, dominant side vertical jump action of plantar pressure parameters of plantar pressure toexplore its features, provide the basis for a comprehensive study of adolescent growthand development of the law. Methods:According to sex, and height and weight screening,90junior highschool students12-14years old were divided into six groups, namely, normal weightgroup (male and female), underweight group (male and female), weight overweight(male, female), each group of15people. The good screening test subjects into thevenue to confirm the advantages of the foot, the foot corresponding selective advantagetest shoe insoles were glued to eight load sensors affixed in the appropriate area, eventhe good of the Bluetooth device strapped to the test those advantages on the side of theleg, through the Aibo Counseling plantar pressure measurement and analysis systemconsultation, telemetry records of each group of students in the natural walking(walking speed of about1.4M/S), jogging (walking speed of about2.2M/S), verticalwhen the peak plantar pressure jump. Experimental data using SPSS17.0statisticalpackage for statistical analysis.Results:(1)A state of motion compare different gender: male, female naturalwalking when underweight group mean peak plantar pressure and normal pressurepoints in the first5,8Group4pressure points there are significant differences (P <0.05),overweight group first3pressure points are highly significant difference (P <0.01);while jogging the mean peak plantar pressure underweight group pressure points1,5and6normal pressure points, overweight group have significant differences fourthpressure point (P <0.05),3pressure points are highly significant difference (P <0.01);vertical jump when the mean peak plantar pressure underweight group pressure points1,3and4normal pressure point there was a significant difference (P <0.05), the secondpressure point is highly significant difference (P <0.01), overweight group third pressurepoint is highly significant difference (P <0.01).(2)boys state of motion of differentweight comparison: When natural walking between normal weight and overweightgroup2,4,6,7first pressure point there was a significant difference (P <0.05), the first 5,8pressure points are highly significant difference (P <0.01); while jogging betweenunderweight and normal pressure points in group1had a highly significant difference(P <0.01), there was a significant difference between the normal and overweight groups4,6pressure points (P <0.05), the first pressure point2,5,8highly significant difference(P <0.01); while vertical jump between Underweight group and normal pressure pointsin the first group were highly significant differences (P <0.01), there was a significantdifference (P <0.05) between the normal and overweight groups4pressure points, thefirst2,5,6,7,8pressure points are highly significant difference (P <0.01).(3)The girlsstate of motion of different weight comparison: There was a significant difference (P<0.05) when the natural walking between normal weight and overweight first pressurepoint2,3,5,6pressure points are highly significant difference (P <0.01); there areunderweight group while jogging between the group and the normal group between6pressure points, normal and overweight group first pressure point2,4,5significantdifference (P <0.05),6there was significant pressure points differences (P <0.01);vertical jump between the first two pressure points underweight group and the normalgroup was highly significant difference (P <0.01), between the normal and overweightgroups3,6significant pressure points differences (P <0.05), the second pressure point ishighly significant difference (P <0.01).Conclusion:(1) underweight group of boys first metatarsal area of musclestrength is weak, underweight and poor balance group of girls in the same group ofboys.(2) underweight group of girls in the middle of the foot when jogging outsideforce is greater than the position of the other girls in each group.(3) underweight girlswalking in the natural state of the third metatarsal suffered less stress, the body weightof muscle tissue stimulation intensity small.(4) normal weight girls, poor balance whenwalking in nature boys, vertical jump of the first metatarsal region when the force is lessthan the boys, the boys mid-foot when jogging force greater than girls.(5) foot districtmiddle school students are overweight pressure higher than normal junior high schoolstudents.(6) weight overweight girls in various states of movement and poor balance inoverweight boys, should pay attention to sports injuries due to lack of balance caused. |
