After the concept of inclusive education have been proposed, inclusive education in the world have been different levels of development. Where the speed and level of development from the point of view, Inclusive education in the United States has made noteworthy achievements at the forefront of the world. The concept of equal and democratic education is integrated in the inclusive education in the United States, so that the connotation of inclusive education has been enriched and sublimation. Writer tried to analyze the factors, which such as the American inclusive education’s concept, historical context and specific implementation, from a macro perspective. Thus summarizes its development and practice characteristics of inclusive education, and provide useful inspiration and reference for our conduct.In this paper, the researching data of the American inclusive education is sorted out and analyzed by the way of literature, historical research and comparative analysis.
