Chen Guoliang academicians believe that computational thinking is everywhere, computational thinking to really integrate into the overall human activity, and as an effective tool to solve the problem, so that " everyone to grasp, is used everywhere." Naturally, it should be effectively integrated into our computer-based teaching. Based on the description of related research at home and abroad, be given to " calculate thinking ability " as the core of the reform of the computer-based teaching at the University of necessity and urgency. Through scientific analysis of problems related to the theory of computational thinking and computer-based teaching Chinese universities, to build a " calculated thinking ability " as the core of the multi-dimensional university computer-based teaching system, which includes classroom teaching system and extra-curricular teaching system of two section. Classroom teaching system includes theoretical teaching and experimental teaching, this paper from seven aspects of teaching philosophy curriculum, teaching mode, teaching methods, teaching assessment mechanism, teaching teachers, teaching materials and construction are discussed in detail, initially built with " computing thinking ability "as the core of university teaching basic computer system theory and experiment teaching system, and put forward the theory of teaching and experimental teaching to co-ordination of educational philosophy," thick foundation, diligence practice, good innovation "teaching goals and " fine speak more practice "teaching ideas. Extracurricular teaching system includes a network of teaching, professional skills training, research and innovation integrated practice, where the network is composed of three main teaching part of the teaching sites, online teaching resource library, network management platforms. Research and innovation integrated practice is mainly composed of three parts research activities, science and technology competitions, etc. Combination. This article also teaching, professional skills training, research and innovation practices and other aspects of how to develop students’thinking skills computing are discussed.Finally, to improve computer-based teaching system construction university, suggestions and countermeasures to deepen the reform of the computer-based teaching:the " computational thinking ability " training and "compound Innovative Talent " training combine; promote the integration of computer-based teaching and professional teaching; strengthen the construction of quality courses and open resource sharing programs; strengthen teachers, improve teacher management system; give foll play to the role of radiation centers of excellence, expanding resource sharing and openness; actively participate in international exchanges and cooperation MOOC platform, shared global quality educational resources. To provide a reference for the computer-based teaching reform of universities.
