But in these experiments, a lot of problems is obviously different from the actualsituation,different area has different defects. Although China has about the law ofcommunity correction, but there is still no system for juvenile offenders communitycorrection for juvenile legislation, many problems still exist in the implementation ofcommunity correction offenders in the process of.Community correction of juvenile offenders in the ideological and political educationadvocates the use of force of society, school, family, for correction of education activities of criminal psychology and bad behavior to minors, including ideological and politicaleducation, moral education. In juvenile offenders community correction, should fullyconsider the physiological and psychological characteristics of minors to take correctionmethod and the corresponding. Schools and other institutions of education has an importantrole in the growth process of the minors, educational institutions,professional schools canbecome a juvenile prison environment for the implementation of important communitycorrection. The content of education and cultural knowledge education, ideological andpolitical education, moral education, legal education,psychological education and a fullrange of school education and some aspects of the community correction and many aspectsof the fit, therefore, school teachers in the juvenile prison staff participation in communitycorrection is necessary, the ideological and political role of the teacher it is should receiveattention.
