Education is the national, social ladder of progress,is to improve people’s quality,and it’s the fundamental way of promoting human’s comprehensive development, every family is entrusted with the hope of a better life. In all types of education, high school education nexus special status based, it has incomparable role in other types of education. But now, with the expansion of domestic traditional merit-based admissions schools face some county-level key high school to high school and gradually wheel, causing the ratio showed an increasing trend in high school. With the nine-year compulsory education universal, people’s living standards and investment in education awareness enhance the rapid growth of demand for secondary education, the number of ordinary high school students rose steadily, while the supply of education is relatively slow, each high school class size shows an increasing trend, leading students to "polarization" prominent quickly. Thus, the polarization problem caused by large classes teaching is a big problem facing high school education under the new situation. To find ways to prevent and minimize polarization of large-scale class teaching in regular high school is of great significance.This stud y is so honored to get the strong support from the leadership, the teachers and students of Grade2011of Sacred Lake Middle School, Guigang, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Under the cooperation of the leadership, the teachers and students of Grade2011of Sacred Lake Middle School, the author firstly investigated the present study situation of the students in Grade2011, and then selected two "homely" lessons to carry on the analysis, and learned the big polarization in the education of current ordinary high school. What’s more, it analysed the three main reasons of the polarization:firstly, the students themselves are the main body of differentiation, including the differences of learning interest, learning motivation, learning habits, self-monitoring, and the self-efficacy, etc; Secondly, the teacher’s teaching dominates the differentiation, including:the relatively single teaching method, the relatively less focusis on the curriculum and the educational objects, and the lack of theoretical knowledge about pedagogy and adolescent psychology; Thirdly, the subject character is the necessity of differentiation.After learning students’polarization causes, for looking for ways to prevent and minimize polarization of the big teaching in regular high school, This study carried on the exploration of teaching mode.The exploration of teaching mode including:"group cooperation" mode of teaching;"group cooperation and problem-solving "model of teaching;"group cooperative teaching, problem-solving teaching and guided by the learning plan" combined mode of teaching.In the exploration process, this study has handed out group cooperation and problem-solving teaching questionnaire (Student Edition) and guided by the learning plan questionnaire (Teachers Edition). This study has also carried on the case analysis in the form of interview to a student and a teacher.After the exploration process, this research analysis both questionnaire and statistical of students’achievements of the two years by Excel and Spss software, it comes to a conclusion:First, the group cooperation teaching does not have good influence on the two experimental classes. And it has played a negative impact on Class1112.Second,the group cooperation and problem-solving teaching mode have a certain positive impact on the Class1112, but had little impact on Class1102. Third,the combination of group teaching,problem-solving teaching and guided by the learning plan model promoted the teaching in a certain extent and it did good to improve the classroom efficiency.In addition, the interview results concluded that this research promoted the teachers’professional development and it did push to the development of campus culture with research to promote teaching and research to promote learning.Through teaching practice exploration and the analysis of the survey results, this study comes to following conclusions:First, build a learner centered "group cooperation teaching, problem-solving teaching and guided by the learning plan" in the combination of learning teaching model can improve the class effectively and students’test scores. Second,with the overall change of the subject teaching as the breakthrough point, can change the teaching idea,promote the teachers’professional development and push to the development of campus culture with research to promote teaching and research to promote learning.Third,although most of ordinary high school students’ science literacy and academic ability is low, almost all the students have strong vision of achievement,success and talent and they have reasonable self-understanding.Finally, the author proposes some suggestions about the development of future.Because of the author is short of ability and experience, the conclusions about this thesis have to be further tested and improved.
