Since the promulgation of the new curriculum reform, policies and regulations on "further strengthening science education in primary and secondary opinion" like the national and provincial levels constantly introduced to improve the scientific literacy of all students for the purpose of science education reform is widely rise.Since the1980s, Britain and other developed countries are the primary science in conjunction with language and mathematics as the three core courses. Science education is a must for all students of each country’s most unifying principle is the most important principle. Scientific practice (or inquiry) activity, which has become the most important elements of today’s science education standards in the United States and Britain have been placed in the most prominent position.Primary scientific activities not only in the classroom inquiry activities, but also in the practice of traditional extracurricular activities, the only way the integration of practical activities of elementary science curriculum can be called a complete primary school science curriculum.Is an elementary school science curriculum with activities, practical, comprehensive curriculum. Comprehensive primary science curriculum not only for the subject matter, a comprehensive learning experience, but also in the combination of hands and brains combination of knowledge, skills learning and integrated practice. Also an elementary school science curriculum with courses in other disciplines have close ties.Since the new curriculum reform, comprehensive practical activities as a new required course, has become a hot issue in education reform, is considered to be an effective way to train and inevitable choice for students’innovative spirit and practical ability. However, because of its breadth of curriculum, resource development and organizational implementation of the enormity of the complexity of many of the difficulties in the implementation process has yet to start in the true sense.Based on the above facts, we need an effective way to study the implementation of primary science practice under the current education system, in order to effectively improve the scientific literacy of young people to contribute. Due to the nature of the consistency of elementary science curriculum integrated with other aspects of practical activities, so we can consider elementary science and the Integrated Curriculum for proper integration-use part of the Integrated Curriculum class, promote primary science curriculum normal practice technology.
