Research Minors Procuratorial Work Of The Social Work

Juvenile delinquency has become a world-wide social problem threatening the social and economic development. With the deepening of the reform and open-up in China, a large amount of modern information and elements are getting access to the juveniles whose life is changing rapidly yet unequally. With the reasons of the individuals, the social environment and the interaction between the two, juvenile delinquency in recent years has some changing trends:lowering trend of criminal age, higher quality of the juvenile delinquents, more actions and higher technology in crime, violent crime and more group crime. Based on the thinking about the juvenile delinquency fact and the purpose to protect the legal rights for thejuvenile delinquents, juvenile procuratorial department is creating and developing the working policy and scheme. D City explores and develops six juvenile procuratorial work policy which are promoting each other, which brings the concept of "love, protection, education, prevention and socialization" to the juvenile procuratorial work.This research defines the concept of juvenile delinquency, depicts the features of the modern juvenile delinquency, and analyses the causes of the juvenile delinquency with a perspective of social work from the following angles:the personal factors, social environment factors, and the interaction of the two parts. Meanwhile, the research compares the performance and working effects of the similar juvenile procuratorial cases attended by non-appropriate adult, social work appropriate adult and non-social-work appropriate adult. After the research of the content, development and principle of the juvenile procuratorial work, the writer illustrates the possibility of the social work in juvenile procuratorial work from the perspectives of the advantage, principle, function/role. Based on above research, the writer explores and tries the strategy and practice of the social work in juvenile procuratorial appropriate adult, knowledge and skill necessary for the workers and juvenile delinquency prevention. The writer also reflects on the applicability of the respect and acceptance to social work, and the interaction between social work and juvenile procuratorial work.
