Research On The Collective Consciousness Cultivation Of "Post-90S Generation" College Students

Research on the Collective consciousness cultivation of "post-90s generation" college students is a new topic in the new situation on the ideological and political work. In promoting the construction of socialist culture in the new period, For "90after" the collective consciousness of college students cultivate study, is not only the objective requirement of the all-round quality education in colleges and universities, is also the inherent requirement of the development of the socialist market economy, and adapt to the development of the real time need.Under the principle of theory with practice in this study, guided by the Marxism theory, an accurate grasp the era connotation of collective consciousness, from "after90s" college students need to cultivate the collective consciousness, combining with the characteristics of "after90s" college students in problem and the reason analysis, and on this basis to strengthen the "after90" college students’ coping strategies to cultivate the collective consciousness of a systematic inquiry.The empirical study results show that the "90after" problem in the process of college students’ collective consciousness cultivation mainly include:first,"after90" college students’collective consciousness is not strong. Second, the existing collective consciousness cultivation content lack of time, target and level. The third way relative simplification method, which is mainly manifested in purity in the form of classroom theory infusion, modern education means utilization rate is low and not enough practice. Fourth, the internal and external environment is not optimistic. Combining with the existing problems, and emphatically from the "after90s" college students, colleges and universities, and social environment three aspects to find the reason.To strengthen the "90after" the effectiveness of the college students’ collective consciousness cultivation, are discussed in this paper from four aspects: first, respect the principal position of students, the cultivating attitude; Second, to perfect the cultivation theory, expand training content; Third, the school as the breakthrough, society as a starting point, optimizing cultivation method; Fourth, many measures in hand, to strengthen supervision, and purify network environment.
