| In recent years, with the great development of the whole economy and society, as the country’s level of concern for the living conditions of rural teachers overall increase, has greatly improved the overall living conditions of rural sports teachers. However, with respect to the city in terms of physical education teachers, physical education teachers working in rural environment and living conditions are still not optimistic. PE teachers in rural areas not directly related to the survival of the state’s own quality of life, but also to the overall level of stability and development of rural sports school sports teachers. Thus, concerns of middle school PE teacher living conditions in rural areas is particularly important. In this paper, the use of literature, questionnaires, interviews, statistics and other research methods, the survival of the state high school sports teachers in rural areas for investigation and research. Through physical education teachers in rural schools surveys and interviews, combined with relevant literature, theory, middle school PE teachers in rural living conditions and influencing factors in-depth, detailed analysis, and some suggestions to improve the living conditions of rural teachers in middle school sports. Thesis, a study from the following sections:The first part is the preface, the main urgent survival of the state from high school sports teachers in rural areas concerned, the needs of rural teachers in building sports, requires three rural schools sports development elaborated research background; from about the survival of the state of rural teachers, physical survival of the state teachers PE teachers and rural living conditions of three aspects of the literature review, research aimed at middle school PE teachers in rural living conditions of clear thinking and provide valuable material; core concepts are defined and introduced the thesis research ideas and technologies route.The second part is the study of objects and methods described. The main research method used in this study are:literature, questionnaires, interviews, statistics and logical analysis. The main use of questionnaires, interviews from social status, working conditions, health, career achievement and professional development in five areas of identity and survival of the state visit of sports status of rural middle school teachers, physical education teachers to understand the survival of the plight of rural secondary schools exist, the survey The results showed that:sports social status of rural school teachers generally low, working conditions are not ideal, worrying physical and mental health, lack of career achievement and identity, professional development situation is not optimistic.The fourth part from society, government, schools, the four dimensions of the factors affecting their middle school physical living conditions of rural teachers were analyzed, the main factors are:social and environmental factors include the negative impact of urban-rural dual structure of the public identity Crisis school sports, sports disciplines thinking disorder, the new PE curriculum reform put forward new demands; government departments factors include the impact of exam- oriented education for school sports, the relative lack of investment in rural schools sports, the implementation of preferential policies for rural teachers is not enough; school factors including rural middle school PE teacher rating system is imperfect, the situation is not optimistic about continuing education and sports unsatisfactory work environment; own factors including the negative impact of rural middle school PE teacher brings professional features, sports professionalism of teachers in rural secondary schools needs to be improved, the rural middle school PE teachers’training needs to be improved.The fifth part is proposed to improve the living conditions of rural middle school PE teachers countermeasures. Advice from PE teachers to improve their own way, while government departments, social, environmental and policy support given to schools to improve the living conditions of rural middle school PE teachers. The main countermeasures proposed are:to improve the leadership at all levels of emphasis on rural school sports; improve rural middle school physical education teachers work environment; protect rural middle school PE teacher benefits; evaluation mechanism reform secondary school physical education teachers; accelerate rural middle school PE teacher specialization process; autonomous rural middle school physical education teachers to improve the overall quality.The sixth part of a systematic summary of research findings, suggestions from the public, government, school support network set up to solve the dilemma of survival of rural middle school physical education teachers and physical education teachers in rural secondary schools should seek to improve the living conditions of autonomy. |
