Problem solving is that people in the process of solving the problem, the use of cognitive structures have to acquire some knowledge, rich inner world in the process. Through problem solving, people gain experience, skill formation, and development capacity and generation wisdom. The new curriculum reform attaches great importance to improve students’ability of solving problems. The new curriculum reform emphasizes the question of chemical problems in teaching and research, develop the students’ability to solve problems. Problem solving is a form of thinking, any problem solving thinking process must exist, If an obstacle appears in thinking, problem solving will definitely affect the results.Chemical equilibrium problem-solving process can be seen as a problem solver in the specific context of chemical equilibrium problems, characterization problems, activate existing knowledge and experience, choose effective problem-solving strategies, and constant self-monitoring, adjustment and reflection, and ultimately complete the problem is solved. In this study, cognitive psychology, information processing psychology theory, empirical research using the problem-solving test methods and case studies to high school students to solve chemical equilibrium problems in the study thought disorder viewpoint, check their chemistry test thought disorder exist in equilibrium problem solving, and explore its causes, explore problem solving to overcome the chemical balance in the student thought disorder of teaching strategies.According to the theory of information processing, chemical equilibrium problem solving process can be divided into the formation of problem representation, problem solving plan, carrying out the design plan and monitoring and evaluation of four stages. For the different stages of the thinking process concludes seven thought disorder: one-sidedness thought disorder, lack of thinking disorder, thought disorder targeted, selective thought disorder, thought disorder flexibility, rational thought disorder and monitoring reflective barriers. Through case studies and problem-solving tests following conclusions:High school students in problem solving in chemical equilibrium, the prevalence of thought disorder; flexibility of thought disorder which selectively thought disorder, thought disorder and lack of one-sidedness of the most prominent thought disorder; school compared with the science of eugenics, there is a thought disorder appear significantly different frequency underachievers; learning difficulties in problem solving in chemical equilibrium, there sidedness thought disorder, thought disorder, and a higher proportion of selective flexibility of thought disorder. From the chemical equilibrium problem solving process, leading to the emergence of subjective reasons are:chemical equilibrium of cognitive structure is not perfect, the lack of chemical equilibrium problem-solving strategies, thinking and function fixedness negative effect, meta cognitive ability and non intelligence factors. For these reasons, the proposed appropriate teaching strategies:improving the cognitive structure, chemical equilibrium Professor students’acquisition of chemical equilibrium problem solving strategy, build "Schema--variant" problem of the system and improve students’Metacognitive ability.
