Taijiquan is the crystallization of wisdom of the people is China, Chinese treasure, is one of the traditional Chinese China handed down, long-term Taijiquan exercise is good for health, along with the improvement of people’s living standard, people pay more and more attention to health, so more and more one of Taijiquan in China and even the world people welcome the fitness project, more and more the people practice Tai Chi fitness. Taijiquan is not only the role of physical exercise, also has the role of martial arts self-defense, it has meaning ends his. The present social security but there are unexpected events, a self-defense capabilities to better protect themselves, now various martial arts competition is also more and more, Taijiquan competition also has aroused the attention, the martial arts World Congress on the organization of a lot of Taijiquan competition, there are a lot of Tai Chi Master and foreign martial art of attack and defense the game, the match factor is concerned, the coaches and experts began to find ways to win, factors affecting the victory of Taijiquan and physical skills. Taijiquan has its own set of traditional training methods, but there’s a world of new physical training method, that is the core strength training, core strength training is a new training method, now in some projects to be used, and it has a good effect, so the core strength training has more and more recognized by the experts at home and abroad. But in Taijiquan training field but few people study, through literature, field trips, visiting experts and other forms of Taijiquan martial skills and influence factors of Taijiquan, Taijiquan on traditional training methods and the core strength training methods were investigated, two methods study on the comparative analysis,Get the following conclusions:in the Chinese in traditional Wushu training, core strength training has been paid attention to, Chinese Wushu training has a lot of training method to improve the waist abdomen strength, but the traditional core strength training and core strength now emerging is a very small difference, that is now the core strength training to the athletes with an unstable environment for training, such training can is better in the unstable environment to improve their core strength. I suggest that more unstable training environment in the traditional martial arts training, to improve the core strength of athletes, and to improve their practical ability.
