The period of social transition has brought opportunities and challenges for theideological and political education of our university students, and puts forward higherand more comprehensive requirements for the education. College students is one ofthe most progressive groups and the representative of innovation. College students’employment problem will be a factor to influence people’s livelihood, social harmony,stability and development. To solve the problem and promote human resources to getrapid development, the power of education need to be come into play. Universitystudents’ employment values is reflected in every stage of their employment and theimportant factor of affecting college students’ employment. Therefore, to launch theoverall education of university students’ employment values has become an importantsubject of ideological and political education.Under the social background of social transition, this paper is closely related tothe problems arising from the values of university students’ employment; Beingcombined with relevant theory to set up correct values of university students’employment and clearly state the importance of correct values of employment, thispaper analyses the factors that affect the education of university students’ employmentvalues to conclude measures of promoting the education of university students’employment values. This paper is studied mainly from the following aspects:The first part is mainly about the background, significance of the topic, literaturereview, research methods and innovative points, and lay a solid foundation for thewriting of this article.The second part is the value of China’s College Students’ employment vieweducation during the period of social transformation, mainly during the period ofsocial transformation, connotation and characteristics of College Students’employment value concept and the employment of college students value educationconnotation, constitute the theoretical basis for this above content. At the same time,described the social transition period to carry out a comprehensive college studentsthe necessary employment values education, pointed out the direction for the discussion below.The third part is the analysis of the main problems of the value of China’s collegestudents employment concept education and reasons existing during the period ofsocial transformation. The problems are equivalent, lack of education andemployment guidance, employment continuity of values education emphasis onpreaching, did not form a scientific employment values education system. Mainfactors affecting the value of China’s employment education to college students havebad social culture environment, the lack of education on employment values, the lackof the guidance of Ideological and political education.The fourth part is the period of social transformation to carry out acomprehensive solution to employment values education of College students. Mainlyfrom five aspects: to improve the understanding of education and employment valuesof college students; adhere to the employment of college students value educationprinciple; the employment of college students value education should giveprominence to the practice characteristics; development of college students effectiveways of employment values education.
