"To build a socialist harmonious society"which is the goal of China designed in the new century, it is also a milestone on the road to recovery for this generation. To build a harmonious society, harmonious education is can not be lacked. With the developing of the economy,policy,culture and the further stepping of globalization.The style of China’s development gets in a same line with the world gradually. Nowadays.china has been stepped in a period of trans ion. Education which regard as an important resource and it benefits for every citizen becomes more and more immediately and obviously.This research is try to analysis the education resource configuration during the compulsory education in poverty-stricken areas in NingXia province. This research is based on the optimum allocation of regional education resources,and make an analysis and conclusion through the phenomenon of misbalance in education resource configuration during the compulsory education in XiJi area,NingXia Province.The aim of the research is to find a way that is suit for the poverty-stricken areas to get optimum allocation of regional education resources in NingXia province. The goal of research is to get a balanced develop of the education resource in the poverty-stricken areas and put forward some suggestions and strategies which are constructively. During the research, the author mainly used methodology of literature analysis and questionnaire,etc.This research is used the theory of education equity, theory of human capital,theory of structural functionalism as the research basis. In order to explore out an effective way to optimum allocation of regional education resources for the poverty-stricken areas, which though out these ways:Facing to the phenomenon of the misbalance of education resource configuration in the poverty-stricken areas in NingXia Province. To pursuit the opportunity which is build the harmonious society and develop the education in all directions in minority areas.The process of the research based the rules which are"put forward questions, analysis quest ions, solve questions" Xi Ji area is an typical case reflected the misbalance of education configuration in the poverty-stricken areas. Make out the essential requirements in the stage of compulsory education of the teaching resource.and the individual requirement as the point cut, and to make a time apart reflecting on the education configuration of Xi Ji area.Ning Xia Province.
