Since influenced by various factors of economy, culture and history, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, as a melting-pot of ethnic group, the development of education in Ningxia is being severely uneven compared with developed areas at home and abroad. The current developing status of Education informationization is also in poor status. This research mainly focus on the current developing status of Ningxia basic education informationization and also based on literature searching, practical investigating and data analyzing, to select reasonable method and process which can be applied to the basic education informationization performance evaluation system of Ningxia and it will also select experimental school to carry out this index system. Meanwhile bases on the experimental research to prove the validity and reliability of this system. This is aimed at discovering the problem of the index system and then improving it so as to form an integrated, scientific and feasible performance evaluation index system of Ningxia basic education informationization, then on the foundation of constructed Ningxia basic education informationization performance evaluation index system to investigate the set-up of weight, classification of the performance level and the selection of performance evaluation methods to form the initial performance evaluation models of Ningxia basic education informationization, meanwhile it provides detailed and feasible reference models for the further construction of Ningxia basic education informationization performance evaluation system.To be specified, the research consists of five parts;Chapter1. It elaborates the background, current status and also the source on the research, and puts forward the significance in theory and practice of this research, which furtherly reveals the significance and necessity of constructing Ningxia basic education informationization performance evaluation system.Chapter2. It figures out the contents of these fields, such as the concept of education nformationization development from home and abroad, current developing status of basic education nformationization and also the way and process to construct the performance evaluation system, weight and also the target of performance, which consolidates to the construction of Ningxia basic education informitization performance evaluation system from the perspective of literature.Chapter3. Based on the carding and analysis of the literature, it finalized the theoretical basis, research method and also the validity and reliability of the research, meanwhile it determines the research variables and application of research’s technical route, which provides detailed and feasible methods to the further research.Chapter4. Based on the carding of the literature and the certain technical route, it constructed suitable Ningxia basic education informationization performance evaluation system.Chapter5. Based on the constructed performance evaluation index system, it carries out the questionnaire survey from the perspective of principal, disciplinary faculty, informational technology teachers and students in order to realize the specification of the index system, meanwhile it selects Sixiao in Yinchuan city, Baliqiao primary school in Xingqin district, huimin Middle School in Hongsibao district of Wuzhong city and No.3Middle School of Hongsibao district to carry out this survey, then collect data in order to prove the effectiveness of the performance evaluation. Then based on the data analysis to find out the reason that leads to the problem and establish performance that can solve the aroused problem and improve the tactics accordingly.Chapter6. Based on the constructed index system and the collected, analyzed data, it furtherly perfects the index system. At the same time, it provides a set of detailed and feasible methods for the afterward index system which bases on the constructed Ningxia basic education informationization performance evaluation system reference model that put forwarded during the whole index system construction process.
