In September2011, the Futian District of Shenzhen promoted the Classroom reform on the changing of teaching and learning methods as well as the construct effective and autonomous learning for students. This classroom reform advocated learning-oriented and makes the students play a role in the class, so as to establish autonomous learning atmosphere. And it also emphasized the importance of group discussion during the interaction between the teachers and students. The Chinese course in the primary school was first field that put it into effect. The reform of the Chinese course tried to make the group discussion, Inquiry learning and experiential Learning come true, which was advocated by the new curriculum standard. However, teachers made partial understanding on the interaction between teachers and students, and also because of lacking experience, there had several misunderstanding, such as designed group discussion in those unsuitable teaching materials, pushed those students who were not able to do group work, and putting to much weight on those insignificant contents. The teaching reform was facing the following problems, such as paying attention to the surface only, ignoring the essence of the reform; classes were indeed more active, but lack of bilateral interaction.Which kind of interaction between teachers and students can be regarded as effective one? And whether there has detailed strategies to push the interaction. Under the circumstances, I began to study on this subject. As a teacher’s perspective, combining with the teaching reform in the whole Futian District and the class segments of peers, the author observed the applying of the interactive teaching and then refined the different characteristics of effective interaction and invalid interaction and the reasons, which was important in practice.However, the practical program asked for further theoretical support, as well as the teaching practice needed to be tested by time. Therefore, the author tried to integrate the interaction practice from all kinds of teaching materials, and divided that into the following aspects, such as stimulating strategy of learning motivation, the development and integration of teaching materials, the interactive methods of teaching process, interaction measures according to students at different levels and how the several relations in effective interaction to be coordinated. Through this analysis, the author summarized a serious of teaching strategies that had strong operability and broad adaptability, so as to promote the update of teaching thoughts, ideas and methods and push the formation of interactive class teaching mode, which can improve the effectiveness and quality of class. According to current situation of the curriculum reform, reviewed the teaching practice activities, combined the existed interaction theory flexibly with teaching practice, those are the highlights of this paper. Meanwhile, this paper has the characteristics of scientific, maneuverability and wide adaptability. From the macro-and micro-perspective, this paper summarized the all-around practical strategies on effective interaction to help reforming the teaching circumstances, and push the new effective interaction in class.
