Regarding S university as an example, this paper researched university education costaccounting system based on ABC from manual accounting to computer accounting process,as well as the related intellectual property rights protection, etc.This paper introduced the logical starting point of the research of university educationcost accounting information system and the protection of intellectual property rights. Thispaper based on the former research of the existing theory and continues to study theprocess of cost accounting information system, wanted to find some ideas, problems andrelated solutions.Then, based on the example of S university, this paper introduced the S universityeducation cost accounting information system development process, expounded thethought of the software’s design and development, and found the difficulties and solutionsin the use of the software. The design and development of the software based on thefunction of the system to finally realize and results, and the theoretical basis of accountingeducation in colleges and universities. In the process of system acceptance and use of, theauthor found that the system only depend on the cost calculation result is difficult to fullymeet the needs of the management problems and the difficulties of data collection. Aimingat the above problems, this paper proposed to establish data acquisition interface and onthe basis of the existing software to establish the effect of input and output of educationcost analysis system. In addition, this paper regarded S university education costaccounting information system as an example, analyzed something about the system’sapplication prospect, investment, ownership and intellectual property protection.Finally, this paper research conclusion has made the summary of full text, pointed outthe innovation points and deficiencies, and put forward the future research direction.
