| Throwing project is one of a very distinctive athletics equipment projects to focuson integrated known for strength, speed and skills. In this paper, the use of literature,questionnaires, interviews with experts on the sixth school in Changchun City, JilinProvince Experimental Middle School, High School Attached to Northeast NormalUniversity, Changchun City, the forty-fifth high school achievement levels, such assecondary schools throwing out the highest in the project comprehensive survey, fromthrowing items at each high school in Changchun universal condition, the status ofresearch personnel in training, project accounting breakdown, awards athletes,conduct disorder and countermeasures project aspects.
