The Research On University Apartment Management From The Perspective Of Emotion Education

Student apartment is the key place for students living and learning to studentsoutside the classroom, but also an important position in the education and management,the effective integration of the construction, the apartment culture environment andmoral construction of the three, can form an important way of moral construction ofstudents’ apartment, habits of the diameter, the apartment educating idea into theapartment culture atmosphere, good the effect will be achieved salutary influence ofeducation, people run the silent.In this paper, from the unique nature of college students starting, analysis of thecurrent situation of college students lack of emotional management, the main causes ofthe existing problems in students’ apartments and lack of mining emotional management,so as to explore the emotional management into the necessity and possibility of studentapartment management.First of all, through the actual situation and characteristics of college students areanalyzed, the necessity and possibility of emotion management in the universitydormitory; secondly, points out the main problems existing in current college studentapartments and emotional management, in-depth analysis of the present situation ofcontemporary college students’ apartment emotion management, summarizes the deepreasons of contemporary college students in China lack of emotion, from the emotionaleducation at home and abroad experience, enrich the university apartment emotionmanagement content. Third, college student apartments and the actual situation basedon emotional management, analyzes the ways, emotion management principle instudent apartments, to investigate the methods of emotion management in studentapartments, and according to the investigation, puts forward the effective countermeasures.This paper presents an important way of universities moral education to students isthe pertinence, effectiveness and initiative actively applied in student apartmentmanagement student apartment management of emotion. From creating a goodapartment environment, establishing a flexible humanistic management mechanism,make full use of cyber source, develop students’ autonomy, improve teachers’ emotionalliteracy, increase the emotional management acceptability to try to discuss how toimprove the effect of contemporary college students’ emotion management.
