Occupation spirit is linked with people’s occupation activities closely, which has thespirit of self-occupation characteristic.[1]Connotation of practical of occupational spirit lies infour aspects which are professionalism, diligence, entrepreneurship and career. It includes thebasic elements of occupation ideal, occupation attitude, occupation responsibility, occupationdiscipline, occupation conscience, occupation reputation and occupation style.[2]Occupationspirit is the basic that modern people adapt to the society and realize the self value。The maintask of the secondary vocational education is to train the high-quality workers and skilledtalents who have the comprehensive occupational abilities and be able to operate on theproducing lines for country. Clear occupational orientation determines that the spirit ofeducation in the secondary vocational education is necessary. In addition to moral education,as a public foundation course, Chinese class plays a decisive role in the students’ occupationalspirit infiltration. In this paper, tourism services and management major is taken as anexample. On the basis of combining previous research with my own teaching practice, thepaper analyses the problems and reasons in the students’ occupation spirit infiltration ofChinese teaching in secondary vocational schools in our country, and put forward somestrategies permeate in order to penetrate the enlightenment to occupation spirit of thesecondary vocational Chinese teaching.The thesis is divided into three parts:Part one:Through carding research status of occupation spirit culture, the paper clarifiesthe theoretical basis of the research to provide the theory basis for occupation spiritinfiltration strategies of the secondary vocational Chinese teaching.Part two:The paper analyses the problems and reasons in the students’ occupation spiritinfiltration of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools in our country. The problemis mainly reflected in these aspects, which are not paying enough attention to the occupationspirit infiltration, the single and boring occupation spirit infiltration strategies and notincluding in the evaluation of Chinese teaching in vocational school. Main reasons are that thesocial environment is not conducive to the infiltration of occupation spirit in secondaryvocational Chinese teaching, and traditional education idea dilutes penetration of occupational spirit in Chinese teaching and the effect of penetration occupational spirit is affected by therigid Chinese teaching mode.Part three:Based on summarizing occupation spirit characteristics of the tourism servicesand management major of vocational school, the paper proposes the implementation strategies.The first one is to use the Chinese classroom teaching, such as the explanation of the text,classroom activities, writing teaching to permeate master spirit, positive and optimistic, teamwork, hard work, innovation and the spirit of occupation career competition. Secondly, theoccupation spirit is permeated through Chinese teaching. Through the optimization of Chineseteaching design and high-quality of Chinese learning, occupation spirit is complete permeated.Thirdly, the occupation spirit is permeated by the rich and colorful extracurricular activities,such as the campus activities, social practice and the enterprise culture into the infiltration ofspirit of service and dedication. The fourth one is to use Chinese teaching evaluation topromote the occupation spirit infiltration. Through the students’ learning process and theeffect evaluating, persevering spirit and enterprising spirit are promoted. Finally, theoccupation spirit is permeated by cultivating Chinese learning habit. The thesis finally pointsout osmotic occupation spirit in teaching should pay attention to developing Chinese teachers’guiding role model.
