The Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students’ Lack Of Network Responsibility Consciousness

With the rapid popularization of the Internet in China, network life has become an indispensable part of college students in daily life. However, the reality is the Internet in promoting life quality of young students has also brought many negative problems. Nowadays, Internet addiction, addicted to internet pornography, violence information, malicious abuse and personal attacks on others on the Internet, ignoring the academic integrity, plagiarism and illegal crime by computer technology such as moral anomie phenomenon not uncommon among college students. The phenomenon of network responsibility flaw need a university moral education in students’ network life, mastering network responsibility consciousness of college students, and then the guidance and education of the consciousness of responsibility of college students.This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire investigation. Through the questionnaire to obtain the first hand information of network responsibility consciousness of college students, the survey data become the realistic basis of this study. This paper mainly has four major components. The first part is the introduction chapter, mainly clarifying this research selected topic reason, making a review and comment the related literature at home and abroad, defining the related concept of network responsibility consciousness, clarifying the research ideas and methods of this research, According to the questionnaire data, in the second part, the paper analyzes the current status and the existing problems of network responsibility consciousness of young college students. The results show, the majority of students are to be responsible to the network life, but there is still a small part of college students who are lacking of network responsibility consciousness. There are mainly three aspects:the weakening of the network self consciousness of responsibility, the lack of awareness of network responsibility to others, the lack of awareness of the network social responsibility. The third part is the analysis of the cause of the problem of the current university student’s lack of sense of responsibility of the network. Basically speaking, there are three main reasons:poor network environment, college students themselves and the negligence of moral education in colleges and universities. The fourth part is the last part of the paper, aiming at the strategy of enhancement of college students’ network responsibility awareness.Firstly, explaining the related theory of responsibility consciousness cultivation, secondly, putting forward the cultivation standards and principles of College Students’ network consciousness of responsibility. Once again, explaining the importance to cultivate college students’ network responsibility consciousness. Finally, putting forward the ways to grow network responsibility consciousness of college students, including absorbing the excellent traditional culture of "introspection" and "self-supervision" thought,Improving the quality of the college students’ self-discipline, cultivating college students’ self-awareness, self-motivation and self-control, building the network main culture, creating a good network environment, and establishing and improving the necessary guide mechanism.The focus of this paper is to construct a comprehensive cultivation system of college students’ network consciousness of responsibility. Cultivation of College Students’ network responsibility consciousness is a systems engineering. Which is not only needs college students themselves to improve self-discipline, but also needs society and colleges and universities to give enough attention and cooperation.
