In the learning society,the social development more and more high to the requirement of education,performance in everyone should accept education,and only accept education to adapt to the requirement of social development and challenges;At the same time,a learning society should provide each and every one chance to receive education,incentives and meet the needs of everyone affected by education.Form the perspective of the state and society,they should hold a national education,realize"social education,education socialization". In other words,education institutions should be expanded education object,enrich education forms and expand the space of education.Under this development trend,the traditional school education mode can no longer be to meet the needs of modern society,various education,social education is becoming more and more attention by people,and gradually become the world education reform and development in a hot subject.This paper uses literature analysis and summary of induction,form the purpose and significance of topics,research status quo of social education at home and abroad,and the Northwest united university began to cut into the background of study,In-depth analysis of the specific situation of the Northwest united university to carry out social education during the Anti-Japanese war,for instance the Northwest united university to carry out social education ideas,system,involving the content and the impact of the effect,etc.To reveal the comprehensive consideration to carry out social education during the Anti-Japanese war of the political,economic and cultural aspects of the status quo,systematically combed the Northwest united university to carry out social education’s historical limitations and constraints,the Northwest united university period of the social education thought to exist the following problems:one is the surface not enough broad; the thought system not perfect;Three is the public participation is not high;Forth, education goal deviation.In the Northwest united university to carry out the historical limitations of social education and restricting factors,this paper based on the theory of social education,social education thoughts,social education content and so on the systematically analysis,combined with the contemporary social reality of the development of the education,social education system from five aspects to summarize northwest united university nations general assembly to our contemporary university to carry out social education experience of enlightenment and practical significance.Pointed out that University to carry out social education,firstly, should establish special education funds,and make social education can smoothly;second,should perfect the university to carry out social education system,formulate corresponding policies and regulations,and is the social education standardized and institutionalized;Thirdly,should be training of professional staff;Finally,should promote the university to carry out the social education model,make social education can be widely carried out.
