Science is often presented in the form of concept, the research on concept teaching has always been an important part of the study of science teaching. Biological science is a basic subject in natural science.The biology concept teaching has become the top priority in biological teaching.The requirements of scientific literacy of high school biology teaching in New Standard remind us that the traditional concept teaching way is not in conformity with the students’ cognitive Development and learning law of development. The students’ cognition should be the mainline of concept teaching.Let the students get the real concept in the process of concept learning,and achieve the cognitive development.The investigation strategies used in study include literature analysis method, case study,questionnaires and interviews.The investigation is based on the conceptual acquisition theory to the argument and with the students’ cognitive conflict as a breakthrough. The train of thought of the investigation is from understanding the students’ cognitive structure with concept mapping strategy research to promoting students’ cognitive development using cooperative learning strategy research and exploratory experiment,then finally reconstructing students’ cognitive balance with analogy strategy research.The investigation obtains the teaching cases combined with the theoretical analysis,the teaching status quo and the teaching practice.In the case of concept map the investigation uses concept map grading standards for grading students’concept map in building process and compares with expert concept map.The investigation also analyzes the use of analogy in senior biology teaching material in analogy strategy. And it achieves the enlightenment of biology conceptual acquisition for the biology concept teaching.Finally the investigation get the situation of teaching strategies in the practical application in high school through survey method.Expect to provide some theoretical and practical significance for optimization recommendations of senior biology teaching.
