Education as a activity aimed at human, must be based on the foundation of a certain view of human nature. Humanization education precipitates the quality-oriented education under the background of new curriculum reform. This study, firstly, analysizes the essence and the present research situation of humanization education; secondly, explores the general model of chemical instructional design based on the idea of humanization educationon; thirdly, applies the model to every link of classroom teaching in the optional course of "Principle of Chemical reaction" publishing by People’s Education Press; finally, do a practical experiment.This experiment tests on the students who are from four classes of Senior Grade Two, in Changjun Middle School in Hunan province in China. In the experiment design of experiment-group and control-group before and after training. The training materials contain the self-compiling the Pre-Test and Post-Test of Senior module test, and "Chemistry Learning Motivation Questionnaire" adopting by Dr. Liu Yuming. Through three months of teaching training, collecting the chemistry module tesing of pre-training and post-training and the students’questionnaire data, by means of statistical analysis of SPSS21.0, we draw the research conclusion as follows:1. Training the students chemistry instructional design based on the idea of humanization education cann’t significantly improve their grades in chemistry;2. Although training the students of chemistry instructional design based on the idea of humanization education cannot significantly improve students’ whole chemistry learning motivation, students’confidence of their own ability was sharply enhanced, at the same time students’anxiety of learning was significantly reduced;3. Students’ grades in chemistry exist obvious difference after training the students of chemistry instructional design based on the idea of humanization education from different levels. Besides, the better their foundation, the larger their progress.4. The students’chemistry learning motivation aren’t obviously different after training the students of chemistry instructional design based on the idea of humanization education from different levels.
