Cultural capital is a key to understand the society and the transformation of the society, more and more of our attention. Cultural capital is the ability to influence individual action and an important cultural resource for quality of life, promote the overall development of people and society from different angles, and the development of human and society and promote the cultural capital to enrich and improve. Middle school PE Teachers’ cultural capital plays a role can not be ignored in the development process, is a useful complement to the material capital and social capital.Optimized for groups of physical education teachers, physical education teachers to promote self development, completion of the school PE teaching tasks, and so have a positive practical significance to realize the sports teaching goal of the school.Based on Bourdieu’s "cultural capital" theory, through the questionnaire survey and the expert interview as the main research method, based on the understanding of the cultural capital of middle school physical education teachers in connotation and types of cultural capital, situation of middle school PE teacher.Through mechanism analysis framework to analysis the influence factors of the cultural content and accumulation of the capital. Finally, put forward to improve the current situation of physical education teachers in middle school cultural capital strategy. This paper mainly launches the research from the following parts:The first part as the basis of this study, mainly is the theoretical interpretation of the cultural capital of middle school PE teacher. Mainly using the method of literature and expert interviews to understand the essence of cultural capital of middle school PE teacher from the connotation, category, function etc..The second part is the reality of secondary school physical education teachers cultural capital, mainly uses the questionnaire survey the body shape, the objective pattern and the system form three aspects of physical education teachers in middle schools and cultural capital content, understand the cultural capital of middle school PE teacher. Survey results show that:the middle school PE Teachers’ cultural capital shows lack of state stock. The main performance, lack of cultural competence in cultural products is relatively scarce, high level of education is relatively small, the accumulation of cultural capital needs to be strengthened. The third part is the multi-dimensional analysis on middle school physical education teachers the cultural capital and the accumulation of subjective and objective factors. Through comprehensive analysis we propose the following conclusions:the stock of the cultural capital of middle school PE teacher influenced by subjective and objective factors, factors such as time, economic strength and personal preferences, individual professional, occupation particularity, government policies, social status and so on, so that the stock of the cultural capital of middle school physical education teachers overall relative low state.The fourth part is in view of the current situation of middle school PE Teachers’cultural capital to improve strategies. In order to change the present situation of the cultural capital of middle school PE teacher, we must strengthen the cultural capital accumulation. We put forward the following suggestions:strengthen and improve the secondary school physical education teachers to strengthen the cultural capital accumulation of subjective consciousness, to understand the importance of cultural capital, take the initiative to upgrade their cultural capital.Strengthen the middle school physical education teachers to continue the process of learning, training and communication, especially in the system of cultural capital accumulation; by strengthening the middle school physical education teachers on the use of cultural products, at the same time, the social support system to support, to explore a suitable for the actual situation of middle school physical education teachers to improve the objective way through the establishment of cultural capital; the cultural relation network and local schools and other organizations, as well as the education and training of the various cultural capital together to teach middle school physical education teachers, so as to improve the physical cultural capital purposes... |
